Escape Montclair’s Asbury Park Summer Pop Up Kitchen Series at Toast

Chef Bryan Gregg of Escape Montclair will be taking on Asbury Park this summer with a pop up kitchen within the popular Toast Asbury Park.

The menu for the locally-sourced Jersey shore concept will feature the freshest ingredients at the market, the farm and off the dock.

The pop up kitchen will be open at Toast Asbury Park on the following dates from 5PM – 11PM.

July 22-23
July 29-30
August 5-6
August 12-13

The Escape Asbury Park à la carte dinner menu may change based on local product availability.

{Starters}

Smoked Burrata with tomato and salsa verde  14

Salt roasted beets with shaved goat cheese and candied pecans  14

Locally caught fluke with pea flowers, garden greens and citrus  15

Roasted crab soup with smoked cream and Thai basil  12

Strawberries with watercress and buttermilk  12

Locally caught tuna with young cucumbers and barrel soy  17

Chicken liver mousse with pickles and raisin bread  14

Pan seared Barnegat scallops with string beans and tomato curry butter  29

Day boat Halibut with sweet corn crema and chanterelles  31

EM chicken with spiced cheddar waffle  26

Duck breast with pickled rhubarb and charred young broccoli rabe  29

Dry aged New York strip with watercress, tomatoes and bone marrow butter     34

Locally milled grits with summer vegetables and late spring pickles  23
