A cocktail hour and SEVEN-course wine-pairing dinner will be presented by NINE of New Jersey’s most reputable chefs, featuring locally produced food from farms throughout northern New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. Expert winemakers from Alba Vineyard have hand selected each course’s pairing which will begin with gourmet passed hors d’oeuvres and a VIP vineyard tour, and conclude with elegant dining under a big tent outside.
This year’s event showcases the talents of Dan Rothman of Whole Foods Market; Kevin Knevals and Bill Dorrler of Osteria Morini New Jersey; David Felton of Ninety Acres; Mike Carrino of Pig and Prince; George Mandakas of Big Bang Kitchens; Florian Wehrli of Triomphe Restaurant; Eric Levine of Morris Tap and Grill; and Chef Jesse of Chef Jesse Live!
