As other local farmers’ markets either have closed or are about to close, our Ramsey Farmers’ Market continues outdoors every Sunday through November 29th, from 9AM-2PM at the Main St train station.
Over 50 local farmers and food purveyors offer outstanding selections featuring organic and responsibly grown vegetables and fruits, artisan breads and fine cheeses, gluten free baked products and prepared foods, homemade soups, pasta, sauces and chili, free range eggs, yak and goat meat, dairy free milk and drinkable yogurt, gourmet nuts and dried fruits, pickles, made on site guacamole, hummus, spices, homemade jams and jellies, fresh fish directly from the Hampton Bays, local wine, stuffed breads, artisanal coffee and tea, apple cider, local honey, organic maple syrup, and so much more.
Along with great music, scheduled children’s crafts and visits from surprise vendors, hundreds make a visit to the Ramsey Farmers’ Market part of their Sunday routine.
The Ramsey Farmers’ Market moves indoors for their winter market Sundays, Dec 6 through March 27, from 10AM-2PM located at the Eric Smith School at 73 Monroe St. There is always ample free parking at both markets. The market continues its commitment to support local farming and a sustainable community, focusing on recycling, ways to reduce your carbon footprint and community wellness. The market’s Pay It Forward program collects donated non-perishable foods from market patrons and fresh produce from farmers- all delivered to the Center for Food Action in Mahwah, NJ each week.
