Choose from canary, honeydews, muskmelons, sugar babies, yellow doll and others for the juiciest melons, freshly picked and ready for you. You’ll find lots of sweet corn, tomatoes, peppers, greens and plenty of fresh herbs. Interested in trying a new vegetable but unsure about how to prepare- please just ask. Mushrooms? Yes, Madura Farms has plenty of varieties and Kim has even created her mushroom beer soap from Madura Farm’s reishi and shiitakes.
It’s not too early to begin your fall planning and planting with tips from Bill Kolvek’s Perrenials. Whether you need shade loving or deer resistant plants, Bill Kolvek is your source for everything perennial, including a lovely collection of ornamental grasses to compliment your landscape.

Luxx Chocolat returns with Lisa Mecray Roger’s multi award winning exquisite chocolates and her decadent, gourmet handcrafted ice cream sandwiches rightly named “Luxxelles”.
Executive chef Josh Bernstein, from Spuntino’s Wine and Tapa Restaurant in Clifton will have a field day this Sunday choosing from all the farm fresh items now in season. We always love to see what Josh decides to demo at noon and 1PM.

It promises to be a warm day at the market and we will have water for your pet, but please remember that an air temperature of 86 degrees equates to an asphalt temperature of 135 degrees. It just may be too hot for their tender paws.

The market’s Pay It Forward program collects donated non-perishable foods from market patrons and fresh produce from farmers- all delivered to the Center for Food Action in Mahwah, NJ each week.
