Twice a month join others who have a passion for local, seasonal foods. Todd Villani is taking the underground Supper Club concept above ground with our his monthly events that are open to members only. To get the Club started, Chef has selected the initial menus – but over time, members will weigh in on themes, speakers and guest chefs, entertainment, special trips, and featured wines.

Oyster with lamb bacon, local spinach, and truffle cream

Smoked crab, radish, cukes, and chervil
~ Third ~
Squid ink pasta, local sea scallops, bisque

Sockeye salmon, quinoa, tequila, and lime

Swedish “fish” creme brulee
August 19 – From the Seaside – $69 p/p (not including tax & gratuity)
September 16 – Duck Duck Goose Dinner (paired with Unionville Vineyard wines) – $89 p/p (not including tax & gratuity)
Beyond evenings of gastronomical delights and meaningful connections with other foodies, there are even more Supper Club perks. Members will have access to an ever-evolving array of handpicked special offers, special tours and trips to their farm partners, and special ingredients and foods from around the region not generally available to the public because of limited quantities or specialization. Todd hosts and you enjoy! Each dinner includes 5 courses; two dinners in the Supper Club series are paired with Unionville Vineyard wines. Terre à Terre is BYO but serves local wine from Unionville.

Each dinner is harvested to order, therefore there is a 48-hour cancellation policy – 25% nonrefundable 48 hours prior, 100% nonrefundable 24 hours prior.
Because there are only two seatings per month they cannot accommodate unreserved walk ins.
Guests receive each item on the menu, beverages, coffee and tea. Menu items are subject to seasonal availability. * Dietary requests may be accomodated with advance notice.

Dinner Wednesday – Saturday from 5:30 – 10:00 p.m.
Brunch is served on Sunday from 11:00 – 2:30 p.m.
(but the food is so good you can enjoy it without the buzz!)
Note: New Jersey Restaurants are permitted to sell NJ wines. It is the Garden State after all and promoting agriculture will prevent more of the state from turning into condo farms. Terre à Terre offers Unionville Wines.
