Menu Released: Nicolosi Foods “Swine and Wine” Dinner at Terre a Terre
Farm To Table Chef Todd Villani Hosts New Wednesday Summer Supper Club
Todd Villani’s Terre à Terre launches their Summer Supper Club on Wednesday June 17th with a “Swine and Wine” Dinner featuring the Garden State’s own Nicolosi Foods and Unionville Wines.
Nicolosi Foods was created in 1955 and is currently run by the founder’s son. The company focuses on creating and selling fine quality pork products. Their star is Berkshire Black pork products, which was created after the owner had tasted Berkshire Black, which is a heritage breed of hog prized for its taste and tenderness. The company works with small family farms pigs which are slow raised, with no steroids or growth hormones, and free to roam outdoors, the way nature intended. Berkshire Black pork is fed an all-vegetarian diet, and raised under a strict code of responsible and humane husbandry by select small family farms.
