Escape Montclair Chef Bryan Gregg Hosts a French-Inspired Dinner with Some of New Jersey’s Top Chefs to Benefit the Carol G. Simon Cancer Center of NJ on June 17th at 7PM.
Chef Gregg will be joined by Chef Manuel Perez of Peacock Inn, Chef Robert Ubhaus of soon-to-open Redux, Chef Anthony Bucco of Restaurant Latour and Chef Thomas Ciszak of Chakra and Blue Morel.
The charity dinner will feature:
Niçoise de Thon (Tuna Niçoise) – Chef Perez
Tartare de Boeuf (Beef Tartare) – Chef Ubhaus
Truite Amandine (Trout Almondine) – Chef Bucco
Navarin D’Agneau (Lamb Navarin) – Chef Gregg
Charlotte Royale Aux Fraises (Strawberry Charlotte) – Chef Ciszak
The cost of the dinner will be $89 per person with 50% of the proceeds donated to the Carol G. Simon Cancer Center of NJ. The event is BYO.
